Dear Mr. Davis,<\/span>

I loved your book <\/span>The Bones of Makaidos<\/span>; it really touched me. Your book made me think, <\/span>how can one person go through so much pain and suffering and still have such a strong faith in God? <\/span>The close relationship that Billy and Bonnie share with each other, Bonnie, Sapphira, and Acacia\u2019s strong faith in God, and so many more things inspire me! Your book had a mix of action, adventure, tragedy, friendship, romance, and faith in the one God.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your book made me sad, and left me wondering, <\/span>Why did Acacia have to die? Why did any of the characters I love have to die? <\/span>I knew that they had not really died because they were not real, but you’re deeply profound writing made me feel as if I had actually lost a member of my family! Your writing made it feel that real!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

When the Dragon Slayer captured Bonnie I thought that she was done for, but her faith in God pulled through and He saved her. This made realize how real God is, and that he is always there for us, and if you have faith God will always pull through for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

After all the events that happened in <\/span>The Bones of Makaidos <\/span>and when I finished the book, I \u00a0lay in my bed thinking about all the things that happened and that Billy and Bonnie finally got married after all of their struggles. I felt much closer to God than ever before. Every time I finished one of the books in the <\/span>Dragons in our Midst <\/span>series and the <\/span>Oracles of Fire <\/span>series I felt closer to God, but after reading <\/span>The Bones of Makaidos <\/span>I felt closer to God than in any of your other books. This book made me want to pray and ask God to forgive me of my sins, and I did. I did ask God for forgiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now that you have started the <\/span>Children of the Bard <\/span>series, Billy and Bonnies struggles begin anew, but this letter is about <\/span>The Bones of Makaidos.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this letter I have told you how you book has made me feel, and I want to thank you for writing this book and all of your other books. If you hadn\u2019t, I would still be lost. Again, thank you for writing this book. This is the best work of literature I have ever read.<\/span><\/p>\n

I hope you continue to write, and I am anxious to read your next book.<\/span><\/p>\n
