How can I ever thank you enough for sending those fantastic, autographed books and writing that amazing letter to me for my birthday? I can’t! My sister videoed the whole event and has tried to send it to you, but I don’t think she’s managed to get it to you yet. It was priceless. At first when I saw that you autographed the books, I could not believe it. I asked my sisters if they had made a forgery of your signature\u2026 But they did not!!! I was speechless!!! What an amazing gift.<\/p>\n
As well, thank you for the letter! It was touching how much thought and effort you put into it and I will cherish it forever. It was very encouraging and challenging to me. Honestly, I LOVE your books. I have read book #1 probably eight times. It is my absolute favourite and it’s very special to have my very own set. I don’t have to borrow them from the library anymore! The Dragons In Our Midst books have been very encouraging to me. I have connected with Billy so much through the stories and his character has become somewhat of a role model.<\/p>\n
I am sorry that this letter has taken me so long to write. Honestly, it’s taken me a bit to figure out what exactly I would say to the author of my favourite books! A simple thank you seemed insufficient, but that is all I can come up with in the end. You have no idea how much that gift meant to me – what your books mean to me – and how that wonderful set of books will be part of my life for the rest of my days on this earth.<\/p>\n
